This is a picture I took of the rain on the window of our car today, on the way home from church. Isn't it gorgeous?

So, the topic of today's post; My mom knitted me a TARDIS scarf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M IN LOVE WITH IT!!!!!! She used a pattern she found on pinterest, and she knitted it from the fabric of time and space. (AKA yarn)

It's very soft and comfy and TARDIS-y.

Another Verse

2 Timothy 1:7-8
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. But join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God.

This verse is encouraging to me, because it reminds me that God helps us and has equipped us to tell the world of Him.

Meet The Pets!

So, as mentioned in the title, this post is about our family's pets! We have a cat and dog, and I suppose as they're something I obsess over, it's only fitting to write about them on my blog.
First;

ISN'T HE CUTE?!

He's 3 years old, and we've had him since he was like 10 weeks old. We are all in love with him. Quincy has an interesting personality. Basically, he knows what he wants and he knows how to get it. He also has the cutest meow you've ever heard. Sometimes its a cute, "Mew" and other times it's "mrrrrrrrrrrrowwwwww", which we really only heard during the first times he met the dog. You see, we got the dog after Quincy was maybe...two? I don't know the exact dates.

This is a picture of Kaia when we first got her, she was just a wittle puppy then. ISN'T SHE CUTE TOO?! She's a husky-german shepard mix. Her ears are soft and velvety, and she's like the biggest sweetheart EVER. She is kind of destructive in our yard, but other than that she's doing pretty good. (;

Merlin

That's the beginning of every episode of the BBC show "Merlin".
This show is brilliant, it has amazing actors and is just...awesome.
Me and my family watched this whole show, and loved it. It has good storylines, which are exciting and there's also a lot of humour in it.
The show is based around the King Arthur thing...which is awesome.
I don't have such a long description for this as I did for Doctor Who, but I love it *gasp* maybe even more!

Go watch it!

Doesn't this verse just kind of remind you how in control God is?
If he gave life to everything in the universe, he can
help you with your stress. (;

Doctor Who

                First of all, can I just say how happy I am that it's raining today? I'm getting over a cold, and to just sit around hearing the rain in the background..ah, it's beautiful.
I'm not sure what I'm going to say in this post yet, so this should be interesting. (Well, that is the idea, after all)
I guess I'll talk about Doctor Who.
A summary, for those of you who haven't watched all of it.
IT'S AWESOME!!!!
*ahem* I'll try to give you a better one.
Doctor Who is a fabulous show about a fabulous person called "The Doctor". When he tells people his name, they often reply; "Doctor Who?" Therefore, the name of the show.
WATCH IT!!!
Anywho, the Doctor is a timelord, which is an alien race. Instead of dying, timelords 'regenerate' which means at the time the Doctor would die, (for example, he's been shot) he regenerates, and the actor who plays him changes. Right now, we are on the Twelfth Doctor. (Ten and Eleven are my favorites)
The show has been running for like over 50 years!
Still not convinced you should watch it?
The Doctor travels around in time in space in his spaceship, The TARDIS, which stands for Time And Relative Dimension In Space. The TARDIS is bigger on the inside, not to mention it's amazing.

You've probably seen this before, especially if you're the kind of person that leaves their house or goes on the internet. I won't give you the full story behind the TARDIS, because it'd be more fun for you to find out for yourself.

The Doctor, at different times, invites other people to travel with him. People refer to them as his 'companions'.

I am super duper obsessed with doctor who!!!!!!

This show has everything!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING! Mystery, action, fantasy, romance, drama, humour.. It's just plain awesome.

I will be posting more on Doctor Who, but next I'll probably post about another thing I'm obsessed with.
